<p>Cara membuat:<br />
Tumis semua bumbu halus ( bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, kemiri, cabe merah (2buah), masukkan ayam kemudian sereh, daun salam, daun jeruk, cengkeh, kayu manis dan ketumbar, tumis sampai harum kemudian masukkan santan, aduk2 sampai masak</p>
<p>Penyajian:<br />
Goreng bihun, taro dimangkok, kemudian ditambahkan dengan touge dan telur (bisa ditambah dengan kerupuk, dll sesuai selera) siram dengan adonan kuah laksa.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since my options are beef and chicken, I have to think about how to cook different dishes every day. William doesn&#8217;t like Seafood (boo!) hahaha. But, Hey! Chicken and Beef aren&#8217;t so bad at all.</p>
<p>I tried to make my very own Ayam Panggang merica Hitam ( Grilled/baked Chicken Black pepper) and it was pretty good and too easy to make. </p>
<p>You need:<br />
Boneless chicken breast, Onion, Garlic, Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), Sambal Botol (spicy chil), Pepper </p>
<p>Direction:<br />
Stir the chopped onion and garlic, add the sweet soy sauce and 1 tea spoon of sambal botol, add the pepper to taste. Wait until it&#8217;s thick.</p>
<p>Marinade the chicken with the sauce above ^, wait until 30 minutes at least. Then grill it and put some of the sauce on the chicken while grilling it. Serve it with the sauce, again and desired vegetables <img src='http://www.olceoktavia.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>

Make regular porridge (rice) 1cup rice and 7 cup water, wait until it&#8217;s boiling, and soft. Ps: don&#8217;t forget to put salt to taste.</p>
<p>Topping: Shredded fried chicken, chopped celery, chopped green onion, fried onion and chicken stock (boil it with water before pour it on porridge) </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made this earlier for lunch and he loves it. Kabsa is popular food in Saudi Arabia. Last month I went to Arkansas, and my friend Zoozy that from Saudi Arabia made Kabsa. I was so in love with it and asked them to teach me how to do it. It was pretty easy, too bad I don&#8217;t have pressure cooker, otherwise it&#8217;ll be perfecto!</p>
<p>You need:<br />
Basmati rice,chicken (it&#8217;s good if it&#8217;s boneless), Onion, tomato, Clove, Cinnamon, Chicken Stock, Coriander, Turmeric, Green Cardamon, Dried Lemon, Salt, Vegetable Oil  and water </p>
<p>Direction:<br />
Stir the chopped onion for roughly 5 minutes, add the chicken followed by Chicken stock, chopped tomato, Clove Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder, Green cardamon, dried lemon and salt. Add 4 cup of water, wait until it&#8217;s boil then add the 2 cup of rice. Cook it until done.</p>

Rebus daging sampai setengah empuk, tumis bumbu2 yang sudah dihaluskan, masukkan ke dalam kuah, tambahkan cengkeh, kayu manis, merica, garam. Setelah mendidih dan empuk, masukkan Daun bawang dan daun seledri. Tambahkan sedikit gula. Masak sampai smuanya empuk.</p>
<p>Sajikan dengan bawang goreng, tomat yang dipotong2, dan sambal rawit. </p>

Cara membuat ayam gorengnya:<br />
Ayam yang tidak bertulang dipotong tipis, kemudian direndam dengan bumbu2 yang sudah dihaluskan (bawang merah, bawang putih, garam, kemiri), tunggu sampai 1 jam<br />
bahan2 tepung: Tepung terigu, di campur dengan 2 sendok kecil merica dan chili bubuk.<br />
Celupkan ayam yang sudah di bumbu ke dalam tepung, kemudian di goreng sampai garing.</p>
<p>Bahan saus Nenas:<br />
Tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih, sampai harum, masukkan nenas yang sudah di potong2,tambahkan wortel yang sudah di iris2, dan cabe merah atau paprika kemudian tambahkan saus tomat, dan campuran maizena dan air. Aduk sampai kental. angkat dan tuang ke atas ayam goreng, atau terpisah.</p>

Masukkan ayam yang sudah dipotong2, campur rata kemudian masukkan santan aduk2 sampai mendidih, masukkan kentang sesuai selera, tambah garam secukupnya, angkat, sajikan dengan roti atau nasi.</p>

<p>Cara Membuat Sayur:<br />
Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih, masukkan kangkung kemudian diikuti touge, tambah garam, tunggu sampai layu, angkat dan hidangkan </p>
<p>Cara membuat Daging:<br />
Tumis bawang merah yang sudah di potong kecil2, masukkan daging yang sudah dipotong, aduk2 sampai berubah warna, masukkan wortel yang sudah di potong diikuti paprika, masukkan kecap manis secukupnya, tambah merica dan pala powder.Aduk2 sampai masak, angkat dan hidangkan </p>

<p>Cara Membuat:<br />
Rebus kacang merah sampai empuk, angkat dan tiriskan. Rebus daging sampai mendidih, masukkan kacang sampai mendidih dan empuk. Tumis bumbu yang sudah di haluskan ( Bawang merah, bawang putih), masukkan hasil tumisan ke panci kacang merah, tnggu sampai mendidih,  tambahkan pala, cengkeh, merica dan garam secukupnya. Tambahkan daun bawang dan daun sop, tunggu sampai mendidih, angkat dan hidangkan dengan nasi. </p>
