I deleted my facebook account (Thanks God), I probably more active on my twitter and here, of course ![]()
I found a really decent social network called DIASPORA (add me btw: https://diasp.org/u/olce), it’s pretty awesome, it’s like Google+ and twitter’s son. You can create your own network/stream. Sooo eventhough you’re alone there, you can just basically randomly follow people by putting random tags as your interests. easy easy, even my mom can figure it out! (NO MOM, STAY IN FACEBOOK PLS)
anywayyyyyyyyyyy, I have unhealthy obsession with Boots (ugh, shoes in general) but, latelyyy i spent so much time browsing boots on the internet, and of course I beat myself afterwards and thinking about those hungry people in 3rd world, and decided to not buy anything.

Laksa Betawi ala Olce
Bahan2:
Ayam dipotong dadu
bihun/laksa
touge
kemiri
bawang merah
bawang putih
Cabe merah (2buah)
kunyit
sereh (1 buah memarkan)
Daun salam
Daun jeruk
Kayu manis (3cm)
cengkeh ( 3 buah)
Ketumbar bubuk 1 sendok teh
santan
telur rebus
Cara membuat:
Tumis semua bumbu halus ( bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, kemiri, cabe merah (2buah), masukkan ayam kemudian sereh, daun salam, daun jeruk, cengkeh, kayu manis dan ketumbar, tumis sampai harum kemudian masukkan santan, aduk2 sampai masak
Penyajian:
Goreng bihun, taro dimangkok, kemudian ditambahkan dengan touge dan telur (bisa ditambah dengan kerupuk, dll sesuai selera) siram dengan adonan kuah laksa.

Resep Ayam Panggang Merica Hitam
Since my options are beef and chicken, I have to think about how to cook different dishes every day. William doesn’t like Seafood (boo!) hahaha. But, Hey! Chicken and Beef aren’t so bad at all.
I tried to make my very own Ayam Panggang merica Hitam ( Grilled/baked Chicken Black pepper) and it was pretty good and too easy to make.
You need:
Boneless chicken breast, Onion, Garlic, Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), Sambal Botol (spicy chil), Pepper
Direction:
Stir the chopped onion and garlic, add the sweet soy sauce and 1 tea spoon of sambal botol, add the pepper to taste. Wait until it’s thick.
Marinade the chicken with the sauce above ^, wait until 30 minutes at least. Then grill it and put some of the sauce on the chicken while grilling it. Serve it with the sauce, again and desired vegetables
Resep Bubur Ayam ala Olce
Eventhough William doesn’t like porridge in general; Sweet or not sweet, I decided to make myself my very own Chicken Porridge. My Fave!
Direction:
Make regular porridge (rice) 1cup rice and 7 cup water, wait until it’s boiling, and soft. Ps: don’t forget to put salt to taste.
Topping: Shredded fried chicken, chopped celery, chopped green onion, fried onion and chicken stock (boil it with water before pour it on porridge)
done!!!
Ps: You can always add more stuff on it. Beans, dried fish, eggs,etc. Chicken Porridge is awesome
How to make Kabsa
I made this earlier for lunch and he loves it. Kabsa is popular food in Saudi Arabia. Last month I went to Arkansas, and my friend Zoozy that from Saudi Arabia made Kabsa. I was so in love with it and asked them to teach me how to do it. It was pretty easy, too bad I don’t have pressure cooker, otherwise it’ll be perfecto!
You need:
Basmati rice,chicken (it’s good if it’s boneless), Onion, tomato, Clove, Cinnamon, Chicken Stock, Coriander, Turmeric, Green Cardamon, Dried Lemon, Salt, Vegetable Oil and water
Direction:
Stir the chopped onion for roughly 5 minutes, add the chicken followed by Chicken stock, chopped tomato, Clove Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder, Green cardamon, dried lemon and salt. Add 4 cup of water, wait until it’s boil then add the 2 cup of rice. Cook it until done.
Sop Buntut ala Olce
I made this soup and it was really delicious and William loves it.
Bahan:
Buntut sapi / daging sapi
Sayur2an: Kentang dan wortel
Bahan yang dihaluskan:
Bawang putih (bakar)
Bawang merah (bakar)
Bumbu2:
cengkeh
Kayu Manis
Merica
garam
gula
daun bawang yang dipotong2
Daun seledri
Cara membuat:
Rebus daging sampai setengah empuk, tumis bumbu2 yang sudah dihaluskan, masukkan ke dalam kuah, tambahkan cengkeh, kayu manis, merica, garam. Setelah mendidih dan empuk, masukkan Daun bawang dan daun seledri. Tambahkan sedikit gula. Masak sampai smuanya empuk.
Sajikan dengan bawang goreng, tomat yang dipotong2, dan sambal rawit.
